She formerly headed Engagement at OfferZen, Africa’s largest developer talent marketplace. Anthea scaled OfferZen’s B2B and B2C community strategy and branded merchandise operations from 100,000 developers in South Africa to six additional European markets, including Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, and Spain. Prior to OfferZen, she worked as Strategic Communications and Media Relations Manager at JUMO, the leading fintech in Africa at the time, valued at over $400 million.

I have a master’s degree in global supply chain and logistics management, and I am certified as a supply chain analyst amongst other qualifications.
At Messenger, I define the company’s revenue and operations strategies, brand positioning, and product vision, and I negotiate and secure B2B partnerships with clients across Nigeria.
I also collaborate with executive management teams to develop SOPs, goals, and performance metrics for supply chain operations.
My mission is to optimize last mile logistics one city at a time, and to connect businesses to their customers by enabling efficient deliveries of their goods.
