Anthea Hartzenberg
HEAD OF OPERATIONS – CatalyzU
Anthea Hartzenberg is a senior growth, communications, and community strategist with 10 years of experience in the African & European startup and tech ecosystems. She formerly headed Engagement at OfferZen, Africa’s largest developer talent marketplace. Anthea scaled OfferZen’s B2B and B2C community strategy and branded merchandise operations from 100,000 developers in South Africa to six additional European markets, including Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, and Spain. Prior to OfferZen, she worked as Strategic Communications and Media Relations Manager at JUMO, the leading fintech in Africa at the time, valued at over $400 million.

Konstantin Behr
Head of Corporate Development, 54Collective
Konstantin has more than 7 years of experience in launching and operating VCs in emerging markets. He started his career at Germany’s only Africa-focused venture builder, before becoming a founding member of Satgana, a $10m ClimateTech Fund investing in early-stage startups in Africa and Europe.
In 2022 Konstantin joined the team behind 54Collective and Utopia Capital Management as a Chief of Staff, working with the teams across the platform.
More recently he has been focused on scaling the model to other markets, such as the Middle East and LATAM. Konstantin has a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering & Business from the TU Munich and a M.Sc. in Social Innovation from the London School of Economics.

Beatrice Ferreira
Chief of Staff, Purple Elephant Ventures
Beatrice graduated from LSE in 2019 with a MSc in Local Economic Development. She has since worked as a researcher for the NHS, using budget lines to create better efficiency at primary care centres. From there, she worked for a health tech start up that digitises patient records in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and Pakistan. She has consequently fallen in love with early stage start-ups, with a real passion for user research and product development. Having been born in Belgium, grown up in Malawi and the UK, and settled in Kenya, she considers herself a citizen of the world. An avid long-distance walker, she is always on the look out for the next trail!

Araba Andoh
Chief of Staff, Fluid Finance Technologies
Araba Andoh is a seasoned professional with over seven years of experience in finance, strategy, and trade, focused on driving innovation and fostering growth in emerging markets. A former private equity investor and consultant, she now serves as Chief of Staff at Fluid Finance, managing assets of over $500,000 to support more than 2000 soybean and rice farmers in Ghana & beyond.
Alongside her work at Fluid Finance, Araba is also the Community Manager of the A&A Collective—a global community of 400+ emerging professionals committed to building and advancing the African investment ecosystem.
She holds a BSc in Business Administration from Ashesi University and an MSc in International Business from Warwick Business School.
